Original production — 4K aerial, field audio recorded separately, cut in Premiere. It’s here for one reason: video-based learning is a modality I can produce rather than outsource, and narration is something I can record properly rather than apologize for.

An Olympic-qualifying distance runner, in their own words, cut against footage of the race itself. Interview audio recorded separately on a field recorder rather than on-camera, which is most of why it sounds the way it does.

Produced and edited for broadcast. The reason this matters for learning work: clean narration is a craft, not a setting — mic placement, pacing, cutting breaths, matching levels. It is the difference between an eLearning module that sounds produced and one that sounds like a laptop.

Which is the whole reason this page exists — not as a separate career, but as the reason video-based learning design is on the table rather than aspirational.
